You can add new Target Groups or edit an existing one in your VPC by following these steps:
Go to the Target Groups tab, select Cloud Account and Region and click on Create Target Groups.
Select the desired VPC you want to create the gateway for.
Give your Target Group a Name.
Choose a Protocol and enter a valid Port.
Next, set a unique Tag for your Target Group and click on Create.
